The hotel had a stuffy smell in the rooms that could use some updating, but overall, my stay was clean, fresh, and very quiet. The staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs, although the manager was a bit rude and uncaring at times. The location was nice with beautiful plants and attentive staff, although it was a bit crowded. The dining experience was good value for money, especially with the free kids' meal option, despite some picky eaters. The hotel facilities were well-kept and functional.
